Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to achieve client marketing goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to optimize reach and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), making adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends and strategies, incorporating relevant changes into campaigns to stay competitive.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on paid search campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and various social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools and keyword development tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
