Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within budget.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, including project management techniques and tools.
• Direct work experience in project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Strong familiarity with project management software.
• Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as web and mobile application development, AI/ML, and blockchain development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
